Clandestine Q&A

GMReviews had an Interesting Q&A Session with the makers of Clandestine, The Logic Artists. The Logic Artists had previously published Expeditions: Conquistador (2013).

Who all are involved in the making of the Game?

We have a team of 19 people working together at Logic Artists.

What inspired you to create this Game?

Clandestine was inspired by the spy movies of the 90’s. Movies like, Mission: Impossible, Sneakers, and True Lies, and spy stealth games like Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory and Alpha Protocol

What is the best part of the Game according to you?

We are particularly proud of the asymmetrical coop.

Do you think this is the reason why your game is better than other games of the same Genre?

This is the most unique part of clandestine gameplay and the thing which makes it stand out.

What's your favourite Game?

Impossible to answer!

What are your future Projects?

We are working on a new RPG for PC called Expeditions: Viking. It is the sequel to our first PC release Expeditions: Conquistador (2013).

What were your previous Projects?

Our previous game was the PC released Expeditions: Conquistador (2013).

How did you Form Your Team?

The company founders met at the IT University of Copenhagen while studying the Games program there.

Is the response of the Game what you thought it would be?

Yes. We are an indie team and we make niche games. So it is quite normal for there to be a broad spectrum of responses to Clandestine. The majority of which has been extremely positive. It has been a bit of a relief to know that our core audience is really into the experience.

How would you review Your Game? Why should people download it?

We would say that it is a very unique take on the stealth genre with a coop experience unlike anything we’ve seen before.

How's life as a Game Developer? How old are you?

Life is good. Game development is a passion driven industry and while it can be demanding it is also quite rewarding when you are working on something that you love. The team’s age’s span from people in their early 20’s to their mid-30.
